Backwards Mapping

 Start in the future, asking myself what I need in order to make item X Y, or Z happen, creating an event in the calendar. Then using Gtasks, list the steps that will need to be completed in order to make sure I can meet my deadlines.Once the task is written, it can be assigned to a person, showing up on our chat. Does it also show up on their task list?  Once they complete it, it will show up on our chat.

This running chat scroll might seem overwhelming, but it scrolls nicely and we won’t have to delete or file the information, so there are less steps involved with getting the status of tasks. For the manager though, is there a dashboard that we can see the overall set of tasks?
