I saw a TikTok about catstrophizing- thinking of all the worst case scenarios. I think I do that? The question came up have I done all the work I can regarding my brother’s accident and death? I really don’t know. I doubt it there is probably work to be done. But today has enough problems on its own, so I’ll just get to it.
