New Teaching Position

I am split between sites. 5th grade resource teacher and 7th grade English teacher. Labor Day weekend, the beginning of the school year. Emotional ups and downs with teaching these new groups of students. I need to up my Explicit teaching game. Also my Socratic Seminar game. This is going to be good.
